Silvia Raga is an Italian children’s book illustrator and a paper artist who runs her own creative paper studio Giochi di Carta (Playing with paper in eng.). Something that was born as a blog for Raga’s pastime, has over the years turned into a successful and known paper studio that creates paper art and decorations for homes, events, window displays, and set design for clients both in Italy and abroad. Raga helps clients both big and small by creating beautiful floral paper installations, origami designs, decorative paper cut patterns for publishing and stationery brands, and much more.
Raga’s paper designs have been commissioned by brands such as Betterly Italia, Nutella Ferrero, L’Oréal, Kitchen Aid, and more, and graced the pages of CasaFacile, ELLE Decorations, Flow Magazine, Couch Magazine, and Made in Paper, while the artist has been invited to host numerous workshop and lectures. Raga’s work is recognizable in its quality and attention to detail.

In 2019 publishing house Il Castello Editore published “Giochi di Carta” book by Raga that features 25 paper decoration projects for the home and the holidays.
