The Munken Agenda 2024 Challenges The Way We Visualize And Perceive Time

For over a decade now, Munken and Arctic Paper have created their annual agenda. But interestingly, instead of opting for a professional agency to design it, they entrust the task to different schools from around Europe each year. The aim is to support students while allowing them to work on longer, creative projects and learn about paper and its benefits as a strong bearer of communication. In return, Arctic Paper gets new insights and inspiration from younger generations. The prestigious opportunity for the 2024 agenda was given to four students of the Kristiania University College in Oslo, Norway. Eli Rebekka Haugen, Mailinn Stensen, Ina Skogstad and Josefine Krystad came up with an intriguingly unique idea – and a beautiful result.

The colorful Munken Agenda 2024 was created by students Eli Rebekka Haugen, Mailinn Stensen, Ina Skogstad, and Josefine Krystad at the Kristiania University College based in Oslo, Norway.

The traditionally A5 sized agenda was brought alive by Swedish printing company By Wind, with Komori Lithrone S40P Hybrid print technology done with Toyo Ink. The agenda is printed on four different paper shades from the Munken Design range, with the cover made of Kristall 400 g/m², and the inner pages of Kristall Rough, Munken Polar, Munken Lynx, and Munken Pure Rough in 120 g/m², all available at Europapier

One of the many agendas is the unique thread sewed open binding technique, which allows the agenda to stay flat when opened. The binding was realized by the bookbinder Förlagshuset Nordens Grafiska, in Malmö Sweden.

The agenda is printed in a limited edition so you better hurry and get yours before it’s too late at Arctic Paper online shop.
