Christmas Eve is just around the corner, which marks the commencement of one of our most cherished annual traditions: the unveiling of our Christmas card for the season! For paper and design lovers, the exchange of heartfelt holiday and Christmas cards holds a special place as it might be one of the longest-running paper-related traditions of the year. We of course take the tradition seriously and put special thought and care into each year’s version. This season we found inspiration in some of the most modest yet dexterous design papers in our collection and decided to highlight them in a way that lets them truly shine.

This multilayered card depicts a beautiful winter forest – offset printed on lahnur® 200 gsm – with a coat of freshly fallen snow, represented by the precisely cut overlay of Glama Basic 80 gsm. The Glama overlay gracefully adds a veil of snow over the illustration of a forest, with the additional scripted cheer of “Season’s Greetings, from all of us”. The simple yet effective layering gives a touch of drama and theater, that’s always fitting for Christmas season festivities. The card was delivered in an elegant envelope made with GLAM Gold.
