Paying homage to the original premium ingredient, and pristine flavor
The Peltan-Brosz studio put their skills to test when creating new branding and packaging for a premium handmade chocolate confectionery Krausz based in Transylvania, Romania. As a third-generation company, Krausz combines both traditional and modern production and creation techniques, creating exquisite fondants and confections for adoring chocolate lovers.
At Krausz, the production begins by selecting ethically sourced and flavorful cocoa beans, and handcrafting each and every chocolate and confection with a keen eye to detail. From bean to bar, Krausz is crafting chocolate with pristine flavor from the best cacao from around the world and seasonal local fruits and nuts.

This devotion to the craft and produce was translated into the branding and packaging by keeping the product itself in the center, highlighting the chocolates inside the packaging. The paper packaging color ranges of light to dark browns corresponding to the tones of chocolates, while the bold sans serif logotype stands out proudly. The additional small handmade stamp illustration depicts cocoa leaves, showing homage to the original ingredient. The full concept conceived by the Peltan-Brosz studio includes cohesive stationery, to go along the minimally contemporary packaging.
